Sales &Marketing Development of South Korean Government Agency of Trade(KOTRA)

Responsibilities:

• Sales, Marketing &Business development activities for Korean SMEs in various sectors (mostly B2B); Buyer Finding&Sales-Networking, Meeting Arrangement, Trade deal Facilitating, Market Research, etc.
• Proactively searching potential Czech buyers/Project owners interested in importing Korean products/collaborating with Korean companies, reaching out to them, introducing the product details, arranging meetings and deal facilitating for the both Czech and Korean clients
• Organizing trade events both online and offline as well as leading delegations abroad to attend exhibitions/1:1 business meetings not only in Europe but also in Korea, resulting-in follow-up sales activities, sharing the feedback with clients and KOTRA managers.
• Conducting research &analysis on industries, market and companies to derive business insights and opportunities for Korean clients, successfully delivering the information to them in written&verbal form fluently in English.
• Assisting GA(General Affairs) Manager with administrative work(contacting Czech-only speaking counterparts, company insurance search, etc.), helping other colleagues prepare trade-events and taking part in other office-related duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• High proficiency in Czech(Native) and English(Above B2) Language
• Strong written &verbal communication with networking skills
• Solid project management skills of setting the goals, prioritizing the tasks, scheduling the timelines, giving feedback to KOTRA managers in the process, and showing performances
• Active attitude to learn the new knowledge in various industry sectors
• Adept in MS Office &Digital Marketing Tools(Word, Excel, PPT, Linkedin, Facebook, etc.)
• Those who are qualified for travel to Korea or overseas (* According to the ImmigrationControl Act, those who are not in pending criminal trials, imprisonment or Persons who have not been sentenced to imprisonment.)
• Legally able to work in the Czech Republic.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Czech Nationality
• Sales, Marketing and International business background (export and import process, etc.) or previous career in similar fields
• Proactive communication with networking skills

Contract:

• 3 month probationary period
