Inhouse Consultant (Junior) - Global Position

Reports to the Senior Inhouse Consultant

Main Purpose of the Job

Support the Senior Inhouse Consultants, the Senior Director Business Transformation and the European Management Board in executing strategic projects. Contribute to analysis, research, and project coordination to enable informed decision-making and successful implementation of key initiatives.

Main Missions and Results

• Assist in data collection, market research, and benchmarking activities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Support project management tasks, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to strategic analysis and help identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and follow-up on action items.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting or corporate strategy; automotive industry exposure is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
