Join Us as an Accounts Payable Specialist!

We’re looking for a talented AP / T&E Analyst to join our dynamic finance team! This role is key to ensuring our supplier invoices and employee expenses are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure proper coding of the general ledger and cost centres.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies through effective communication.
• Monitor outstanding AP items and help resolve aged balances.
• Review expense reports for policy compliance and escalate exceptions when needed.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
• Maintain accurate records for financial reporting and compliance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AP and T&E processes.
• Provide top-notch customer service to employees, vendors, and stakeholders.

🌟 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Expense Management, or related finance functions.
• Solid understanding of AP processes, accounting principles, and expense policy compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organised.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a plus!
• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
