What you'll do

• Support the F&B Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant, bar, and banquet events
• Ensure smooth and consistent service across all F&B outlets
• Supervise, motivate, and develop the F&B team
• Drive guest satisfaction, sales performance, and upselling
• Coordinate with other hotel departments
• Assist with reporting, month-end closings, inventories, and stock management
• Monitor warehouse and inventory processes
• Work with the Mews POS system

What we're looking for

• Experience in F&B operations, ideally in a supervisory or assistant management role
• Strong leadership skills and genuine enjoyment of working with people
• A guest-focused, proactive, and hands-on approach
• Organised, responsible, and flexible
• A genuine interest in developing professionally within hospitality
• Excellent spoken and written English
• At least basic Czech
• Confidence with MS Office and POS systems
