For our production facility in Kadaň, Czech Republic we are looking for a

Head of Production (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient production operations with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams - including supervisors and technical support staff
• Plan and optimize production capacity, resources, and workflows
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics and Planning teams in both the Czech Republic and Germany

What we expect

• At least 5 years of experience in an international production management role, ideally in the automotive industry
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating larger teams
• Strong result orientation with a proven ability to deliver on targets and drive measurable improvements
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Lean, 5S, etc.) and a passion for continuous improvement
• English or German at a communicative level (minimum B2); both languages a plus
