Retention Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a data-driven Retention Marketing Specialist to help increase customer engagement, drive repeat purchases and maximize customer lifetime value across our digital platform.

If you’re passionate about CRM, customer behavior and performance marketing, this role is for you.

Reporting to the Retention Marketing Manager, you will join a team focused on developing customer journeys, establishing rules-based messaging, and designing and monitoring testing scenarios.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute lifecycle campaigns (welcome, retention, reactivation, VIP/loyalty).
• Segment customers and personalize communications based on behavior.
• Launch and optimize promotional offers and incentives.
• Campaign setup across channels (HTML emails, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
• Plan and monitor campaign performance.
• Improve retention rates, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
• Configure campaigns in marketing automation platforms.
• Monitor performance and run A/B tests.
• Quickly identify and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and customer success teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ experience in CRM/Retention.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in player segmentation
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Customer io, Smartico, Optimove, Fast Track, etc.)
• Commercial understanding of bonuses, deposits & churn reduction.
