This isn’t your average marketing role. We are looking for a driven and tech-savvy individual to own our B2B marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on two key audiences: our vital channel partners (distributors, resellers) and our business end-customers (from small businesses to large enterprise IT departments).
 
 Your mission

· Own the B2B Engine: Design and execute end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns aimed at channel partners and business users on the Czech market.

· Empower the Channel: Develop marketing programs, activities, and campaigns specifically to help our resellers and distributors succeed.

· Generate Business Leads: Create compelling content to attract and nurture business end-users, turning "curious" into "sales-ready."

· Align with Sales: Work as a true partner to the sales team, understanding their needs, co-developing strategies, and creating sales enablement tools.

· Manage Product Launches: Support the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new hardware and software releases.

· Attract the audience: Co-organize events for existing and potential customers and partners.

· Measure & Report: Take full responsibility for your results. You’ll track your KPIs, manage your budget, and report on the ROI of your activities.

 Your profile

· A Proactive Learner: We are open to high-potential candidates, including recent graduates. What matters most is your drive. You are curious, resourceful, and actively seek out the information you need to succeed.

· Genuinely Tech-Savvy: You have a demonstrable understanding of and interest in IT. You understand concepts like networking, data storage, and servers. Maybe you run your own home server, build PCs, or are the go-to tech expert for your friends and family. This passion is non-negotiable.

· A Sales-Minded Marketer: You have a deep, practical understanding of the symbiotic relationship between sales and marketing. You’re motivated by seeing your efforts translate into a healthy sales pipeline and closed deals.

· High-Accountability & Result-Oriented: You thrive in an environment where you are given freedom and are trusted to deliver. You take ownership of your projects.

· Proactive & Organized: You are a self-starter who can manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Fluent Czech Speaker: This is a mandatory requirement. You must have full professional proficiency in Czech (both written and verbal) to create content, communicate with partners, and run campaigns.

· Good English Communication: You must also have strong English skills for internal team communication.
