Head of Service & Overhaul Business Unit

We are looking for an experienced Head to head our Service & Overhaul Business Unit focused on aftermarket services for industrial gearboxes (factory repairs, overhauls, field service and preventive maintenance – warranty & post-warranty, including multi-brand solutions).

What will be your mission?

• Drive business growth and develop the service portfolio.
• Lead sales activities in cooperation with Wikov Sales teams.
• Build strategic partnerships and long-term service contracts.
• Oversee daily operations of service workshops and field teams.
• Own the P&L, budgets and KPI performance.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
• Lead, develop and motivate the Service & Overhaul team.

What we expect:

• Secondary/University technical education (ideally mechanical or electrical engineering, or mechatronics).
• Organizational skills, leadership, customer-oriented approach.
• Experience in international sales and business development.
• Experience in managing medium size teams.
• Good understanding of technical documentation (drawings, technical manuals, etc.)
• Experience in repairing mechanical equipment, gearboxes, or drives, or other complex mechanical assemblies is an advantage.
• Driving license category B, willingness to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and planning tools is an advantage.
• Communicative level of English is essential. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
