Talent Acquisition Partner - (Maternity/Parental Leave Backfill)

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for R&D and technical positions in Czechia, with a strong focus on supporting our Brno-based teams. You will combine hands-on delivery with trusted partnership, ensuring continuity and quality during a maternity/parental leave period.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for R&D and technical roles, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding
• Partner closely with hiring managers in engineering and R&D to understand team needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies
• Provide market insights and guidance to support confident, data-informed hiring decisions
• Proactively source specialized talent using modern recruitment channels, targeted outreach, and talent pipeline management
• Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives such as process improvements, tooling updates, and hiring manager training
• Represent Tescan as an employer at selected external events and through candidate-facing communication
• Track and use recruitment data and KPIs to improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and overall delivery

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally with exposure to R&D, engineering, or other technical roles
• Confidence working closely with hiring managers and acting as a trusted recruitment partner
• Fluency in Czech and English, allowing you to communicate naturally with local candidates and global stakeholders
• Curiosity about technology-driven environments and the people who shape them
• A structured, solution-oriented approach, with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort using ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and digital sourcing tools
• A hands-on mindset and genuine interest in delivering a positive candidate experience
