HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our international team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys variety in their work, learns quickly, and is confident in handling both operational and administrative HR tasks in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and advise employees and managers across a workforce representing many different nationalities.
• Ensure compliance with local labor law, especially in the area of employment of foreign nationals.
• Review, update, and help create internal HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Participate in HR projects related to process improvements, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support internal reporting as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role.
• Solid understanding of HR processes (attendance, payroll inputs, employment documentation).
• Familiarity with Czech labor law and procedures for employing foreign nationals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Fluent in English and Czech (spoken and written)
