Our customer is a well-established production site in North-West Czech Republic and part of a German automotive group. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality components for the automotive industry. Accounting and transactional finance processes are outsourced; the local focus is on financial steering, analysis, and HR management.

Our client is looking to fill the following position as soon as possible:

Manager Finance & HR (m/f/d)
 
Your Responsibilities

Finance & Controlling

• Overall responsibility for financial management and controlling at site level
• Coordination and interface management with external accounting and payroll service providers
• Preparation and analysis of monthly management reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Financial performance analysis, variance analysis, and cost controlling
• Support of investment decisions, business cases, and profitability analyses
• Close cooperation with Group Finance and adherence to German group reporting standards
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal controls, and audits

Human Resources

• Overall responsibility for local HR management
• Personnel planning, recruiting, onboarding, and employer branding at site level
• Labor law compliance
• Compensation & benefits administration in coordination with external partners
• Support managers in performance management and organizational development
• HR Reporting
• Implementation of HR policies and local HR initiatives

Your Profile

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar
• Several years of professional experience in Finance/Controlling, in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience or strong interest in HR management
• Solid understanding of FP&A, cost controlling, and financial reporting
• Experience working with shared service centers or outsourced accounting
• Knowledge of Czech labor law is an advantage
• Fluent English required; German is a strong advantage
• Hands-on mentality, strong analytical skills, and a pragmatic leadership style
• Ability to work independently and act as a trusted business partner to management
