We are looking for an experienced Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Specialist to take ownership of a large-scale email ecosystem and help us build, optimize, and scale our email infrastructure from the ground up.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, experimenting with infrastructure, and making a direct impact on business growth through high-performing email operations.

What You'll Do

• Design and build a scalable email infrastructure (SMTP) from scratch
• Manage sending servers, domains, and IP pools
• Develop and execute domain and IP warm-up strategies
• Operate large-scale email campaigns reaching approximately 20 million emails per month
• Solve deliverability, reputation, and inbox placement challenges
• Test, optimize, and continuously improve SMTP configurations and sending setups
• Run infrastructure experiments and traffic split tests to maximize performance
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to improve scalability and results

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Email/CRM Marketing as a Deliverability Specialist, Email Infrastructure Specialist, Remarketing Specialist, or similar role
• Strong understanding of high-volume email infrastructure, including ESPs (SendGrid, AWS SES, etc.), IP warm-up, domain management, and feedback loops
• Advanced knowledge of email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS configuration, bounce handling, inbox testing, and blacklist monitoring
• Strong experience with segmentation, automation, and performance-driven campaigns
• Ability to analyze marketing data and make informed, data-driven decisions
• Independent, proactive, and ownership-oriented mindset
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
