We’re now looking for an experienced Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Specialist who wants to take ownership of building a large-scale email ecosystem from the ground up.

We are looking for someone who understands the technical side of high-volume email operations — someone who can build scalable SMTP infrastructure, manage domain and IP reputation, optimize deliverability, and continuously experiment to maximize inbox placement and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and building high-scale email infrastructure (SMTP) from scratch
• Managing sending servers, domains, and IP pools
• Developing and executing domain/IP warm-up strategies
• Operating large-scale email campaigns (~20M emails/month)
• Solving deliverability, reputation, and inbox placement challenges
• Testing and optimizing SMTP configurations and sending setups
• Running infrastructure experiments and traffic split tests
• Working closely with product and marketing teams to improve performance and scalability

What We’re Looking Fo

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Email/CRM Marketing as a Deliverability Specialist, Email Infrastructure Specialist, or Remarketing Specialist
• Strong understanding of high-scale emailing infrastructure: ESPs (SendGrid, AWS SES, etc.), IP warm-up, domain pools, feedback loops
• Advanced knowledge of email deliverability: DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), bounce/error handling, inbox testing, blacklist monitoring
• Strong skills in segmentation, automation, and performance-driven campaigns
• Ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions
• Independent and ownership-oriented mindset
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
