Mission:

• Keep budgets and spending for projects accurate and up-to-date
• Ensure accurate and regular reporting on each project and overall project overview
• Responsible for accounting project SPV

Tasks and duties:

• Process invoices in the respective budget, keep ledger and digital archive of invoices per project
• Process purchase orders in the respective budget, keep ledger and digital archive of purchase orders/vendor contracts
• Keep vendor ledgers (liabilities) up-to-date
• Prepare weekly overview of invoices for payment
• Monitor project costs, commitments, and forecasts against approved budget on montly basis
• Maintain project controlling tools and systems
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization of reporting practices
• Accounting and preparing financial statements project SPV
• Salary processing/accounting project SPV
• VAT returns project SPV
• CIT returns project SPV
• Coordinate day to day with Finance Manager for Projects

Requirements:

• 2-4 year experience in accounting and/or controlling, ideally in construction project and overhead accounting/controlling
• strong Excel/Sheets; meticulous documentation; high discretion are a must
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure
• Problem-solver – analytical thinker who finds solutions efficiently
• English required; CZ native
