What will your responsibilities include?

• Active communication with customers about products and services (FRABEN or NORDIC market)
• Processing orders and working in CRM
• Reporting and active collaboration with the team
• Occasional translations

What do we expect from you?

• Fluency in Dutch OR a Nordic language (DK, SE, NO, FIN)
• Professional English (at least B2 level)
• Good computer skills (especially MS Office)
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not a requirement
