The Talent Acquisition Manager role is based in Prague, Czech Republic, and represents an exciting opportunity to lead regional Talent Acquisition for Envista across Europe. The role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, managing a team of five Talent Acquisition Advisors while driving initiatives in employer branding, sourcing strategies, and process optimization. It is offered as a long-term maternity cover contract, with an expected duration of 12 to 36 months, and carries a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent position based on performance and business needs. Leadership & Strategy
· Build, lead, and manage a team of 5 Talent Acquisition Advisors
· Own and lead the regional Talent Acquisition strategy across Prague and Europe, aligned with global people strategy and business growth priorities
· Design, build, and continuously evolve Talent Acquisition Excellence (TA CoE) model at regional level, covering governance, operating model, standardized processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager capability
· Execute strategic agenda and projects in collaboration with the Global Director Talent Acquisition
Recruitment Operations
· Responsible for end-to-end recruitment; managing volume and salaried hiring throughout the full recruitment process
· Lead end-to-end regional hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels, ensuring consistency, speed, and quality across all markets
· Nurture close working relationships with hiring managers through the vacancy lifecycle, including thorough briefing calls and weekly updates
· Work collaboratively with wider teams to ensure an aligned approach from first candidate/hiring manager contact to offer, pre-boarding, and onboarding
· Champion diversity, inclusion, purpose, and culture in all aspects of the recruitment process, from job descriptions and interview panel formulation to candidate experience
Employer Branding & Technology Implementation
· Lead employer branding initiatives for Prague and the broader European region to position Envista as an employer of choice
· Partner with Marketing/Communications to develop and execute campaigns that enhance candidate engagement and brand visibility
· Drive the implementation and localization of Envista’s new Career Website and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system for Prague and Europe, ensuring seamless integration and adoption
· Monitor and optimize candidate experience through branding and technology enhancements
Performance & Analytics
· Drive Talent Acquisition SLAs, data integrity, pipeline flow, requisition management, and candidate management for specialist/standard roles by region
· Establish and monitor recruitment analytics and KPIs across the region, providing executive-level insights on hiring performance, talent pipeline health, and market risks
· Continuously monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvements aimed at increasing departmental efficiency and client satisfaction
Sourcing & Market Intelligence
· Implement and execute talent-sourcing strategies to support and build pipelines for current and future hiring demands
· Monitor market developments, anticipate future labor market trends, and provide direction by developing and enhancing processes and tools to improve hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
· Actively build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders across business units
· Partner cross-functionally with HR and Business Leaders to ensure seamless integration across the end-to-end talent lifecycle
People Management
· Provide effective and proactive people management by offering valuable feedback, coaching, supporting development, and clearly communicating the overall HR direction.
