YOUR ROLE?

As Plant Manager, you will have full responsibility for managing the production plant and all industrial operations. You will serve as a crucial link between the local site and the international group management.

· Full responsibility for all manufacturing and operational activities of the plant (production, maintenance, quality, engineering, logistics)

· Achievement of production, quality, safety, and financial KPIs in line with the approved budget

· Ensuring a high level of occupational safety, development of a strong safety culture, and implementation of 5S standards

· Accountability for OEE, productivity, process stability, and production flow

· Ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of quality, volume, and on-time delivery

· Managing the industrialization of new projects in cooperation with Project Management

· Optimization of production capacities, workforce planning, and efficient use of technologies and equipment

· Active leadership of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, 8D, 5 Why)

· Development of managers and team leaders – goal setting, performance evaluation, coaching, and talent development

· Close cooperation with HR, HSE, and other support functions at both local and group levels

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· Secondary school or university degree (technical background preferred)

· Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing management within the automotive industry

· Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing operations (stamping, welding, assembly)

· Strong leadership skills and natural authority

· Excellent knowledge of manufacturing methods and tools (Lean, Kaizen, FMEA, SPC, PDCA, 8D, 5 Why, preventive maintenance systems)

· Solid understanding of P&L indicators and cost management

· Advanced MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage

· English at B2/C1 level (used daily); German is an advantage

· Proactive mindset, strong customer orientation, and results-driven approach
