Now we are looking for a new colleague for position:

LEAN MANAGER CE

Hybrid work model
Workplace: Hrušovany u Brna (CZ), Horní Počaply (CZ) or Chlumčany (CZ)

Job description:

• Drive Lean strategy to improve efficiency and quality in production
• Lead Lean events and process improvement projects
• Train and coach teams in Lean tools and problem-solving
• Partner with departments to standardize and optimize workflows in CE area (CZ, HU)
• Track results and report key improvement metrics

For this job you need:

• Engineer degree in a related field
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles (5S, 6S, TPM, Change management)
• 3+ years experience in process improvement or operations
• Knowledge of MS Excel at an advanced level
• English language at B2 level a prerequisite, C1 is an advantage
• Willingness to travel (more than 50% of working time)
• Active approach to work and interest in long-term cooperation
• Organizational skills, consistency, teamwork, responsibility
