What will you be doing?

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Commercial Director and Director of Sales, contribute to shared goals, and help ensure Hilton Prague Atrium remains the first choice for MICE clients.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Analyzing past data and future trends to assist you with the development of your market.
• Developing customer accounts both remotely and via travel to client calls and tradeshows.
• Identifying business needs and working towards growing market/customer share in all revenue streams
• Maintaining a robust action plan for achieving success in your market
• Participating in developing strategies and marketing plans to fulfill short & long term goals
• Developing your social media presence in order to capture client interest
• Working within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities
• Cooperating with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience
• Attending Sales events, initiative and social functions as required
• Producing accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
• Creating and producing sales events
• Daily communication with client base

• Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage
• Fluent communication in English
• Knowledge of additional languages, especially French, is a plus
• A passion for sales and a strong drive to achieve targets and objectives
