Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Manage and coordinate SAP-related improvement and digitalization projects from initiation to delivery.

Business Analysis:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans and communicate effectively with development teams.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and Japanese SAP development teams.
• Facilitate clear and structured communication across cultural and organizational boundaries.

SAP Support (Occasional):

• Assist in resolving SAP-related tickets and issues.
• Provide guidance to users on basic SAP functionalities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Solid understanding of business processes and ability to perform business analysis.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is helpful but not mandatory.
• Experience or interest in project management and digital transformation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
