We are seeking an experienced colleague to support several Agile teams operating within the Out of Home (OOH) team. The ideal candidate combines a strong technical background with emotional intelligence — able to guide teams calmly through challenges, push back on unrealistic expectations or estimates, and ensure sustainable and efficient delivery.

Scrum Master

You’ll coordinate multiple development teams across diverse focus areas, driving transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile delivery for the development teams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies — stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement — to maintain rhythm and engagement.
• Manage and track Jira tickets with clear visibility of priorities and dependencies.
• Communicate effectively across development, business, and release teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and timelines.
• Identify and address impediments swiftly, maintaining momentum and removing blockers before they impact delivery.
• Support prioritization and operational planning, balancing strategic goals with team capacity.
• Challenge and push back on unrealistic requirements or timelines where needed — with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Monitor and guide team efficiency, ensuring a sustainable workload and fostering continuous improvement.
• Promote a culture of accountability, calmness under pressure, and respect across all functions.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Product Owner in a software development environment.
• Strong technical understanding of software development and release processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple Agile teams and complex delivery flows.
• Hands-on experience with Jira (workflow management, dashboards, metrics tracking).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven assertiveness, facilitation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Nice to have: Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
