Job offer

We are looking for a new Claims Adjuster to join our international team in Prague, to coordinate the claims handling process with our Hungarian customers.

What will be your role:

Communication with customers, who hold our insurance and need to report or resolve vehicle damage (approx. 80% telephone contact).
Guiding clients through the full claims settlement process - from claim reporting, registration in the internal system, explaining individual steps, and compiling required documents for claims adjusters.
Online administration and archiving of documentation.
Damage assessment, handling of the settlement process, closing of the case.
Verification of estimates and invoices

Speak Hungarian at a native level
Have technical knowledge of motor vehicles
Have a customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
Have strong administrative abilities and are detail-oriented
English proficiency at least at communication level, Czech / Slovak language is an advantage (not required)
