WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the DC Coordinator Automation, you will support the performance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated systems at our new Distribution Center (DC) in Cheb, Karlovy Vary Region, Czechia. Set to open in the second half of 2026, this 250,000 sqm facility will be the largest and most advanced DC in our global network. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability and driving excellence in material handling equipment (MHE) operations. Your responsibilities include:
→ Verifying and following up on the contractor’s maintenance plans
→ Analyzing KPI dashboards related to system availability and reliability
→ Collaborating closely with the automation provider’s local team
→ Supervising and auditing contractor activities and service quality
→ Ensuring suppliers meet contractual obligations
→ Reviewing and maintaining technical documentation
→ Initiating and supporting MHE-related projects and change requests
→ Processing MHE-related invoices, including accruals and reviews
→ Providing MHE input for operations training programs
→ Collaborating with other DCs on MHE maintenance best practices
→ Identifying improvement opportunities in MHE performance
→ Supporting resolution of implementation issues in the MHE area
→ Assisting the MHE Manager with budgeting and cost tracking
→ Exploring material flow optimization opportunities

WHO YOU ARE

→ Strong understanding of the technical interfaces between MHE, WCS, and WMS
→ Familiarity with regional and global logistics and MHE standards
→ Ability to quickly learn and apply new system features and updates

→ Business fluency in Czech and English
