✨ What You’ll Do:

As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial accuracy and integrity of our business. You’ll work closely with Controllers, GL teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the delivery of precise, insightful, and timely financial reports — while continuously improving our processes and reporting standards.

This role is perfect for someone with a sharp analytical mind, a strong grasp of accounting principles, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Own month-end and year-end closing activities for assigned regions or business units — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Partner closely with Controllers and GL teams, offering guidance on expense allocations and supporting process transitions or migrations.
• Perform data analysis and investigation, identifying discrepancies, trends, or inefficiencies — and recommending actionable improvements.
• Act as a trusted business partner, providing regular and ad hoc analytical support to key internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and dashboards that transform complex data into clear insights for decision-making.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles through data consolidation, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional financial projects and strategic improvement initiatives.

✨ What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Financial Reporting, Controlling, Audit, or similar analytical finance roles.
• A solid understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or other data visualization tools.
• Prior experience in an international or matrix organization.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
