Europ Assistance - a branch of Generali Česká Pojistiavna. This year we are celebrating our 23rd birthday on the Czech market of assistance services and we rank among the most successful assistance services.
We are one of the largest providers of assistance services in the Czech Republic and abroad. We have a strong international background - we operate in 200 countries around the world.
We do not sell any services, not even as an additional activity. Clients call us directly. Communication with clients is a key part of our work, but certainly not the only part. We also deal with suppliers, which is a piece of cake thanks to our range of digital tools, we handle requests from business partners and there is no shortage of email correspondence. Job offer
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Analyst / ITProject Manager to join our IT PMO team. If you have strong analytical skills, enjoy improving internal processes and want to contribute to the implementation and standardization of IT solutions across multiple countries within our organization, this opportunity is right for you!
Your key responsibilities
✅ Act as a Business Analyst and subject-matter expert for critical internal applications, ensuring they meet business needs and support operational excellence.
✅ Conduct functional and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and increased efficiency.
✅ Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications for development and configuration teams.
✅ Prepare and maintain business and functional documentation, process descriptions, and user stories.
✅ Coordinate and support project management activities, including planning, tracking, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
✅ Promote digitalization, automation, and standardization of internal business processes.
✅ Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices between local and regional teams.
What we expect
✔ At least 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, ideally combined with experience in IT Project Management.
✔ Strong skills in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and process mapping.
✔ Experience with implementation and rollout of internal IT applications within a corporate or multi-country environment.
✔ Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ability to manage smaller project streams independently.
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels of the organization.
✔ Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP, IPMA, etc.) are considered an advantage.
✔ Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
