About the role

We’re looking for an experienced engineer who will take ownership of Solana-based blockchain infrastructure and help us build reliable, high-performance systems for modern decentralized applications. You’ll work closely with a skilled engineering team and contribute to the design, optimization, and stability of blockchain services running on Solana. The role offers a high degree of flexibility – you can work hybridly from our Prague office or fully remotely, depending on your preference.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a technical lead and subject matter expert in Solana infrastructure.
• Designing, optimizing, and maintaining decentralized systems and network components.
• Collaborating with developers to improve performance, monitoring, and automation of infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting production issues and driving continuous reliability improvements.
• Staying up to date with blockchain and Web3 technologies and sharing best practices with the team.
• Conducting knowledge-sharing sessions, mentoring, and contributing to internal documentation.

What we expect from you:

• Strong experience with Linux system administration, networking, and server management.
• Background in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering, including automation and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with distributed or decentralized systems.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in English.

Nice to have:

• Ability to read or write code in Rust, Bash, Python, or JavaScript.
• Previous exposure to blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Solana, Ethereum, or others).
• Contribution to open-source projects or interest in decentralized infrastructure.
