Join our client at Trendin.io — ambitious MarTech SaaS startup reshaping influencer marketing for brands, agencies, and creators.

We’re looking for a hands-on, curious, and highly organized Associate Product Manager (or Product Ops superstar) to help us build a world-class platform. You’ll work directly with the founder (CEO & Head of Product) and collaborate with our CTO, design lead, and broader team to bring structure, insight, and momentum to our product development efforts.

This is a unique opportunity to break into product management and help shape a fast-scaling MarTech product from the ground up.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As our right hand in product, you will:

🧠 Bring Customer Insights into the Room

• Conduct frequent customer interviews and user research (much more than the founder has time for!)
• Turn conversations into clear insights, jobs-to-be-done, and structured problem spaces

📌 Structure and Prioritize Product Feedback

• Organize user feedback and research in tools like Productboard
• Help maintain a dynamic, insight-driven roadmap that aligns with customer needs and business goals

📊 Dive Deep into Product Analytics

• Own tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar, and others to track behavior and product performance
• Run ad-hoc analysis to uncover insights, spot opportunities, or answer pressing questions

🕵️ Track the Competitive Landscape

• Stay on top of competitors and market trends
• Partner with sales and marketing to position our product effectively in different markets

💬 Be Part of the Core Product Braintrust

• Join all product strategy meetings with the CEO (you’ll report to), CTO, and Design Lead
• Contribute to ideation, planning, and decisions — your opinion matters from day one

🛠️ Keep the Product Engine Running

• Support internal project management for product-related initiatives
• Help with writing clear specs, product copy, onboarding flows, and knowledge base content

🤝 Collaborate Across Teams

• Work cross-functionally with dev, QA, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and finance
• Help ensure smooth communication, alignment, and execution on product goals
