SW Test Lead

What should you know and have already done?

Strong experience in managing testing activities and leading a team of testers - You know how to coordinate, prioritize, and lead by example
Ability to set up, develop, and oversee testing processes - You understand what a good testing strategy looks like — and how to build one from the ground up
Strategic mindset and a clear vision for the future of testing in the company - You don’t just execute — you think about where we’re heading and why
Proactive approach and the ability to motivate your team - You bring ideas for improvement and inspire others to follow your lead
Hands-on experience with test automation - You not only know automation tools and frameworks, but also have a clear vision for where automation should go and how to make it truly valuable
Willingness to get hands-on with testing when the situation requires it - We’re looking for a leader who’s not afraid to dive in when needed

Knowledge of:

At least 5 years in testing of web and mobile applications
At least 3 years of experience with automated FE and BE test
Knowledge of test automation tools, Cypress is an advantage
Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript
Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
Experience with performance & stress testing is an advantage

Basic overview of software development process
Jira
Basic experience with test management tools such as Zephyr, Xray, TestRail, etc.
SQL - basic overview of working with databases
Knowledge of Docker, Git, Tomcat is an advantage

Languages you will use daily:

Active English language skills at B2 level - daily use
German is a big advantage
