We’re looking for an experienced Lean Enthusiast who can transform challenges into opportunities and has a sharp eye for improving operations, making work more efficient and easier for our teams.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Rolling out our Lean philosophy (Munters Production System) across the company.
• Analyzing processes and identifying opportunities to streamline, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance efficiency.
• Bringing in fresh tech and smarter workflows.
• Designing, implementing, and continuously improving work standards in line with ISO standards and Lean principles.
• Leading teams in adopting 5S, continuous improvement practices, and other Lean methodologies.
• Helping teams grow through Lean & MPS training.
• Collaborating directly with production and support teams to keep the improvement flowing.
• Taking care of the Lean office and coordinating daily activities to support ongoing improvement efforts.
• Providing data and analysis to support strategic decision-making and measure impact.
• Reporting progress and sharing ideas and challenges with senior leadership.
• Managing and developing our system for collecting improvement suggestions.
• Handling day-to-day Lean ops with a hands-on attitude.

You’ll Totally Fit In If You

• Have at least 5 years of experience implementing Lean in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Love teaming up to solve problems and achieve shared goals.
• Adapt quickly to change and are able to guide others do the same.
• Bring energy, structure, and precision into everything you do.
• Know how to apply Lean principles in real-world situations and can explain them in a clear and accessible way.
• Are driven to make a meaningful impact on safety, quality, and the environment.
• Have strong analytical skills and can create effective, sustainable solutions.
• Are fluent in both English and Czech (written and spoken).
