Key Responsibilities

• Support the contract renewal process and coordinate timelines with service line leaders, procurement, and vendors.
• Assist with defining scope, objectives, and deliverables for contracts.
• Maintain and update contract trackers, ensuring accurate reporting and transparency.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage purchase orders and resolve issues.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Provide clear updates to leadership and escalate potential delays or risks when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and workplace services (hands-on experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with IT governance processes or frameworks (ITIL / ServiceNow knowledge welcome).
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, basic reporting tools).
