HR Administration Specialist

We are looking for a Hire-to-Retire Expert to support HR Operations activities for Ukraine. In this role, you will cover the entire employee life cycle – from hiring to termination – in close collaboration with Payroll and local HR teams. You will be responsible for handling employee queries, managing HR systems data, and contributing to continuous process improvements.

This position offers the chance to work in an international HR services environment, with exposure to a wide range of HR processes and systems, including SAP and Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Ukraine Hire-to-Retire team across all stages of the employee life cycle.
• Collaborate closely with Payroll and HR business partners.
• Administer employee benefits and time & attendance processes.
• Handle employee requests via a ticketing tool, resolving or escalating as needed.
• Maintain and check data in SAP and Workday.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR system updates and vendor communication.
• Generate HR reports and provide data insights as required.
• Act as a backup within the team and support HR/Payroll projects at country or BU level.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience in HR Operations / HR Service Delivery.
• Hands-on with HRIS systems (SAP, Workday).
• Experience in HR Ops / Payroll-related projects.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with HR ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Excellent accuracy, detail orientation, and customer service mindset.
• Languages: Ukrainian and English (mandatory).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Workday HCM and SAP HR Core.
• Previous experience in HR Operations for international organizations.
