What you’ll be doing:

• Master the order flow: From intake to production to delivery – your mission is smooth, flawless execution.
• Be the customer hero: Communicate clearly, quickly, and confidently – even when surprises pop up.
• Team up across the company: Production, logistics, sales – you’ll be the link that keeps it all moving.
• Fix and improve systems: We’re not a corporate machine – here, your ideas get tested right away.
• Onboard new customers: First impressions matter, and you’ll make sure they’re seamless.
• Stay one step ahead: Watch deadlines, quality, and feedback to keep raising the bar.

What we expect from you:

• You can manage your day, communicate confidently, and handle English with ease.
• You like to work efficiently and think beyond the obvious.
• You’ve got a good eye for detail but also handle pressure and speed.
• You already know a thing or two about order management – or you’re eager to dive in and learn.

Nice to have (but not a dealbreaker):

• Experience with ERP systems, Google Workspace, or POHODA.
• Understanding of manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Previous experience in a similar role? Awesome. If not – we’ll teach you everything you need.
