For our Client, we are seeking a visionary leader to establish and scale the Czech operations of a rapidly growing international technology company. The business focuses on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-driven solutions, helping organizations transform finance, logistics, HR, and commercial functions with intelligent automation.

This is a role for a leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution: building and inspiring a local team, driving client success, and steering the business towards sustainable growth.

What you will do:

• Lead and develop the Czech subsidiary, setting direction and building a high-performance culture.
• Drive business development in partnership with sales and ensure projects meet both technical and commercial goals.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and reporting directly to company leadership.
• Shape the future of the business by identifying investments in new technologies and opportunities for innovation.
• Act as the face of the company with clients, ensuring trust, quality, and long-term partnerships.

What we are looking for:

• Proven track record as a General Manager, Managing Director, or CEO in IT, technology, or consulting.
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen; able to inspire teams and build client relationships at the highest level.
• Solid technical background and the ability to engage with automation/AI solutions.
• Fluent in Czech with advanced English - crucial
