About the Role:
The Managing Director will be responsible for overall leadership and management of the company’s operations, legal compliance, and regulatory relations. The role requires a resident of the Czech Republic to be registered as the statutory representative. You will collaborate closely with compliance (including the MLRO), finance, legal, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the statutory Managing Director registered in the Czech Commercial Register.
• Represent the company towards Czech authorities, regulators, and business partners.
• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with the MLRO on AML/CFT compliance matters.
• Approve and sign contracts and official documents.
• Lead strategic planning and support business growth.
• Ensure adherence to Czech and EU crypto regulations.

Requirements:

• Czech residency (mandatory for registration).
• Minimum 2-3 years in executive or director-level roles.
• Strong knowledge of Czech corporate law and regulatory environment.
• Experience in fintech, finance, or regulated industries; crypto experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Legal or financial education.
• Experience with Czech regulators (FAU ČR, CNB) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with crypto exchange operations and blockchain technology.
