Head of Marketing – Industrial Products (CleanAIR)

We are MALINA – Safety s.r.o., a Czech company with 30 years of experience in respiratory protection. We design and manufacture our own product line CleanAIR, exported to dozens of countries worldwide. In the Czech market, we are a leading supplier of welding equipment. Internationally, our business focuses exclusively on the CleanAIR product line, where we are growing through innovation and a strong distributor network.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will take full responsibility for marketing, set the strategy, and drive our brand forward.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy (B2B export + Czech market),
• Lead, develop, and shape the current team,
• Manage campaigns, product launches, online/offline communication, and trade fairs,
• Work closely with R&D, Sales, and distributors.

• Proven marketing experience (B2B, industrial/technical products is an advantage),
• Proactivity and ability to manage projects independently,
• Strong organizational and creative skills,
• Very good English (international environment),
• Ability to lead and develop a small team.
