Are you fluent in Dutch and English and do you want to actively use your language skills in your work?

We are looking for fine colleagues for our client in their customer care team!

What will be your responsibilities?

• Communication with clients (you will answer their questions and queries about products)
• Translating and entering orders into the internal system
• Regular communication and collaboration with teams within the SSC department
• Reporting
• Process improvement

What do we expect from you?

• Knowledge of Dutch at least at B2 level and English at B1/B2 level
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
• High school/college education - also suitable for graduates, whom we will train
• Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail
• Independence, self-reflection and willingness to continually work on yourself
