Brand Manager

Your responsibilties:

• Develop, implement, and refine brand strategies aligned with business objectives
• Define and communicate the brand’s value proposition, personality, and positioning across all touchpoints
• Conduct regular brand audits to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity
• Lead the creation and execution of brand & image campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, PR, social media
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure creative excellence and brand alignment
• Oversee content creation to ensure it reflects brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality standards for brand projects
• Partner with Product, Sales, and (Digital) Marketing to ensure brand consistency in product launches, promotions, and customer experiences
• Train and support internal stakeholders to become brand ambassadors
• Development of a company-wide brand platform

Your profile:

• University degree: Master in Business or Marketing
• Relevant professional experience in the marketing department (3+ years)
• Very good track record in brand management in the areas of brand building, brand positioning or brand management - and above all a passion for brands
• Ability to work with authonomy; Creative and open minded; Organizing and problem solving skills; Analytical and structured thinking; strong presentation and engagement skills
• Skills on computer literacy, esp. MS Office
• Furthermore, you developed the ability to work in a team, especially in intercultural-staffed teams
• English language skill (C1)
