Senior AtR Accountant

Job offer

For an international-multilingual company located in Prague, we are looking for the Senior AtR Specialist with fluent English.

Your will be responsible for:

• Ensuring Accounting to Reporting (AtR) activities in accordance with company procedures
• Working on a transaction project and participating in the implementation and improvement and alignment of AtR processes in the region using digitization and robotics process automation (ROP) as a tool to achieve further efficiency
• Communicating across the company and ensuring compliance with agreed procedures within the team

Requirements necessary for this role:

• University degree or Secondary school leaving certificate "maturita" in Accounting, Finance or similar in multinational companies
• Minimum 3 years of complex accounting experience - AtR or GL Accountant (knowledge of all GL activities - month-end closing) is MUST!
• Knowledge of IFRS & Finance processes (is plus)
• Fluent/active (written and spoken) English (another Europian language is Wellcome)
• IT skills - MS Office, Excel any ERP system
• Ability to independently resolve moderate to complex problems
• Proven ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
