Job Purpose

The main purpose is to perform Vendor & Sales Price Master Data maintenance for EMEA region. Be single point of contact for all types of requests concerning the maintenance of Vendors & Prices, ensuring the quality and integrity of Master Data. This position will also act as a main back up for performing Customer Maintenance for the EMEA region.

This role is suitable for recent graduates.

Principal Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of internal requests to create new Vendors & Prices or make necessary updates to already existing Master Data in SAP.
• Act as back for timely and accurate processing of internal requests to create new customers or make necessary updates to already existing Master Data in SAP.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date price-list records for the whole EMEA region
• Validating of requests and providing requestor with feedback regarding correctness of data input.
• Cooperating with relevant departments to obtain necessary approvals prior data entry in SAP.
• Processing requests within given SLA’s and providing updates to requestors in timely manner.
• Archiving all relevant approvals for audit purposes.
• Ensuring all working practices follow the Guerbet standard policies and procedures, including health & safety and equal opportunities.
• Ensure all Master Data requirements are enforced.
• Ensure the compliance and cleanliness of Master Data.
• Execute relevant data quality control.

Experience / Skills:

• Experience with data administration would be an asset.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with SAP and/or JDE would be an advantage.
• Good personal computer skills.
• Conscientious and an eye for detail.
• Analytical skills.
