Dealers Support and AR Collection Coordinator
📍 Prague – European HQ

For our client, a leading international company with its European Headquarters in Prague, we are seeking a skilled and communicative professional to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for French dealers regarding orders, delivery times, and billing
• Managing and prioritizing orders to ensure smooth stock allocation and timely processing
• Proactively following up on open orders to guarantee completion
• Coordinating the discount and real order approval process to support effective commercial pricing
• Handling timely billing and ensuring accurate invoicing
• Overseeing the collection of receivables and facilitating AR dispute resolution
• Preparing and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports
• Collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Credit, Sales, Product Line, and Risk Departments to ensure customer satisfaction and manage credit exposure

What we are looking for:

• Fluent French and English (both written and spoken are a must)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B, ideally international, environment
• SAP knowledge is required
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with reports and data
• Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
• University degree preferred but not essential
