Your Responsibilities:

• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses between planned and actual results for a defined product area across multiple business units, identifying key causes.
• Conducting ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and preparing materials for regular business reviews.
• Regularly presenting results and KPIs.
• Monitoring costs at the business unit level and identifying opportunities for expense reduction.
• Performing ad hoc "what if" analyses based on management requests.
• Closely collaborating with the BU Manager in Germany.
• Controlling responsibility for an international Business Unit
• Active support of the management to reach the defined targets
• Providing ongoing support to key stakeholders.
• Assisting in the implementation and improvement of tools for efficient reporting and controlling (e.g., QlikSense).
• Regular travel to the HQ in Germany (once a month)

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics or a related field.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in controlling within an international company, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as assertiveness and persuasiveness.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, an independent and proactive approach to work, flexibility, and a high level of commitment.
• Proficiency in working with PC and MS Office applications.
• Business English proficiency (minimum B2); German is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 / S4 Hana is an advantage.
