Marketing Automation Lead - Bloomreach

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Marketing Automation Lead to join our Digital Sales team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the Bloomreach marketing automation platform, using its full potential to support and accelerate digital sales growth across the Eurowag Group.

You’ll collaborate closely with our digital, product, and sales teams in a supportive and dynamic environment where your ideas and expertise will truly make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a product owner of Bloomreach, our marketing automation tool
• Build, manage, and optimize automated marketing campaigns in Bloomreach Engagement (formerly Exponea).
• Design multi-channel flows (email, push, SMS, web personalization) across the full customer lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain segmentation strategies based on behavioral and transactional data.
• Track performance of campaigns and journeys using Bloomreach dashboards and internal BI tools.
• Create and maintain weekly/monthly reports on KPIs
• Collaborate with data and IT teams to ensure clean, structured data flows into Bloomreach.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact and efficiency
• Contribute to the development of marketing and sales budgets, as well as forecasting and reporting
• Collaborate with product teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
• Partner with sales teams to improve sales processes and support sales growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with integration of a marketing automation tool, preferably Bloomreach
• Understanding digital marketing tracking, integration options (API, SDK, webhooks,etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing,
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills – knowledge of SQL, Bogquery reporting
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Experience with CRM tool(e.g. MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
