UCT Fluid Delivery Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Solution Architect to support our long‑term global SAP transformation program. In this role, you will define, govern, and evolve the enterprise SAP architecture that underpins our worldwide manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

SAP Architecture & Design

• Define and govern the target SAP architecture for global manufacturing
• Ensure long‑term scalability, stability, and alignment with business strategy
• Maintain architectural consistency across SAP modules and integrated systems

Landscape Stabilization & Optimization

• Lead stabilization and optimization initiatives
• Identify improvements in performance, maintainability, and reliability
• Establish architectural standards and SAP best practices

Implementation & System Development

• Support SAP implementations, enhancements, and global rollouts
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles
• Provide architectural guidance during major system changes

Global Collaboration & Governance

• Work closely with international IT teams and business stakeholders
• Coordinate architectural decisions across regions
• Provide oversight for SAP‑related projects and ensure adherence to standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of SAP enterprise architecture and system integration
• Ability to design scalable SAP solutions for complex manufacturing environments
• Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences
• 10+ years of SAP experience
• Proven experience governing complex SAP architectures
• Experience in manufacturing environments and global teams
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Strong expertise in SAP PP and Plan‑to‑Produce processes
• Understanding of integration across PP, MM, SD, FI/CO

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large‑scale SAP transformation programs
• Integration experience with MES, PLM, or similar systems
• Knowledge of SAP best practices for enterprise architecture
• Experience with S/4HANA transformation and global rollouts
• Background in architectural leadership roles

Additional Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to communicate with technical teams and senior stakeholders, including C‑level
• Willingness to travel internationally (Malaysia, USA, and other sites)
