Main responsibilities:

• Support commercial teams through schedule coordination and administrative management to ensure sales team efficiency
• Manage administrative aspects of congresses organization and serve as focal point for event SOP
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Pharma Head, including calendar management
• Organize Pharma cycle meetings, regional meetings, and internal GBU meetings
• Handle contracts management with HCPs, institutions, authorities, and payers
• Manage business trips planning, organization, and reimbursement processes
• Oversee purchase orders in eBuy system and maintain promo materials records
• Act as key user for GBU CZ in One CRM and support E-vendor due diligence process

About you

Experience:

• Previous experience in similar position within international environment
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry and events/budget management preferred
• Basic understanding of marketing, market access and sales activities

Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and documentation processing abilities
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong team collaboration and relationship building skills

Education:

• University degree preferred
• Basic legal knowledge is a plus

Languages:

• Fluent in English and Czech
