We are looking for a strong technology leader to take on a critical role in driving the development of our next‑generation products. If you bring deep technical expertise, proven experience leading sizeable engineering teams, and the ambition to influence product strategy and technical direction, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape how products are conceived, developed, and successfully launched to market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary Applications / Engineering team of approximately 10–20 engineers
Own the end‑to‑end development of new products from concept definition through market launch
Define and steer product technical architecture, design, implementation, system integration, validation, and launch readiness
Make key technical decisions, manage technical risks, and ensure delivery meets performance, quality, cost, and schedule targets
Ensure customer applications and real‑world use cases are fully reflected in product requirements and architecture
Oversee development of reference designs, validation environments, and application examples
Build, develop, and mentor the engineering team; establish processes, standards, and a culture of technical excellence
Partner closely with Product Management on roadmap definition, specifications, and feature prioritization
Coordinate product introduction with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Manufacturing teams
Provide technical leadership during pilot projects and early customer deployments
Drive continuous improvement in development processes, product quality, and overall engineering efficiency

What We Expect

University degree in an electro‑related technical field (electrical, electronic, or microelectronic engineering) – mandatory
10+ years of experience in product development, including at least 5 years in a people leadership role with responsibility for new product development
Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, from architecture through validation and launch
Ability to lead complex, cross‑functional technical programs
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills
Nice to have: experience with HW/SW or system‑level development, leading global teams, working in regulated or high‑reliability environments, or an MBA
