For our Prague office, we are looking for an experienced Production Controller with a solid manufacturing background, hands‑on experience with SAP, and active English skills. If you enjoy diving into numbers, understanding how production works, and partnering closely with the business, this role is exactly for you.

What You Will Do

• Prepare financial analyses and reports from a management accounting perspective.
• Participate in monthly closing activities and internal reporting.
• Create and monitor product and cost calculations.
• Prepare sales analyses focusing on volumes, prices, variances, and plan vs. actual results.
• Analyze production costs, material consumption variances, and manufacturing order deviations.
• Evaluate production centers, including cost coverage, over/under absorption, and performance indicators.
• Contribute to the creation of the company’s financial plan and forecasts.
• Plan and monitor cost centers, cooperating directly with center managers and providing recommendations.

What We Are Looking For

• University degree in Finance or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production controlling.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting and cost calculations (unit costing).
• Excellent Excel skills (vlookup, sumifs, concatenate, ifna, pivot tables…).
• Communicative knowledge of English and Czech.
• Experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
• Analytical mindset, a proactive and positive attitude, and a collaborative approach.
