Your Tasks

• Support the IT Project & Portfolio Management agendas in planning, coordination, and tracking of IT initiatives
• Maintain and update project plans, roadmaps, and portfolio overviews
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables across multiple IT projects
• Prepare and coordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions within project teams
• Ensure proper documentation of projects, decisions, and processes
• Support the IT community in cross-departmental topics
• Act as a central point of coordination between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Support in IT Finance and Controlling Tasks
• Support in IT Contract Management

Your Profile

• Strong interest in IT Project Management or Portfolio Management as well as technical interest in general
• First experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for data, reporting, and tools
• Confident user of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams); knowledge of project management tools is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Good command of English and Czech (written and spoken)
• German language is an advantage
• Willingness to travel to Austria (Vienna, Poysdorf) on individual days
