What will be your responsibilities?

• Product development of non-lincensed products including food supplements, medical devices, cosmetics etc.
• Preparation of the product specification, technical files or sales argumentation
• Cooperates on the new product formulations while adhering to cost, ingredients, and quality parameters
• Completes organoleptic and physical tests on samples
• Brings new ideas how to improve current/future products and conducts market analysis, identify trends and opportunities
• Communication with production sites, local commercial teams, and internal teams such QA, regulatory and labelling, market access and business operations

What do we expect from you?

• University degree in Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Chemistry or Medical
• Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar position, especially product formulation
• Creative and innovative thinking skills
• Work independently and keep project timelines up to date
• Good team player with a great communication skills (ability to work in cross-functional teams)
• Native in Czech/Slovak and advanced level of English
