Adastra Business Consulting is looking for a Senior International Marketing Specialist to drive and shape our marketing activities in the dynamic world of business consulting. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and wants to make a real impact in an international environment.

As our Senior International Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that supports our business objectives and positions Adastra Business Consulting as a leader in business model optimisation across 5 geographic groups of countries with 3 language mutations.

You will:

• Plan, coordinate and deliver marketing initiatives across digital channels (LinkedIn and web) and offline events for our multi-regional operations.
• Create and maintain engaging marketing materials such as presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and references to support sales and business development in multiple languages.
• Refresh and improve our website content and build structured marketing funnels to generate leads across different regional markets.
• Independently organize conferences and webinars while ensuring strong branding and promotion across all geographic groups.
• Manage internal and external communications and collaborate with our global marketing team.
• Handle diverse daily operational tasks, from coordinating Christmas presents to managing routine administrative duties that keep our marketing machine running smoothly.
• Translate complex business topics into clear, compelling messages that resonate with clients and stakeholders across different regional markets and languages.
• You might have opportunity to lead and mentor junior marketing professionals as the team grows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in consulting or technology-driven industries.
• Fluent English (C1+); Czech language is an advantage. Additional language skills highly valued for our multi-regional operations.
• Strong assertiveness and persistence - you'll need to effectively gather information from busy consultants and senior management who have packed schedules.
• Strong skills in content creation, storytelling, and social media management across different regional contexts.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Canva (or similar tools); AI tools for content/design are a big plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize under time pressure, and engage confidently with technical experts and management.
• Strategic mindset combined with willingness to handle both high-level planning and day-to-day operational tasks.
