Billing Specialist ensures accurate and timely billing, clear financial records, and smooth customer payments through monitoring balances, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and handling billing inquiries.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Posting bank statements - incoming payments
• Reconciliation of customer balances
• Communication with customers and Key Account Managers regarding unpaid bills
• Supporting customers and Key Account Managers with their requests
• Issuing and posting customer bills using dedicated tools
• Issuing and posting manual invoices
• Preparing customer balances report (upon request) and put them on the intranet
• Monthly update of Fee and Contract Checklist
• Monthly booking of accruals, deferrals
• Participation on month-end close, year-end close and internal and external audits

Who are we looking for?

Your profile

• Economic education
• At least basic accounting knowledge; experience in Finance is an advantage
• Very good command of MS Excel
• Experience with MS Dynamics is an advantage
• Very good English (written and spoken) is essential
